Director of Finance/CFO
Job Description: We are currently seeking a Director of Finance/Chief Financial Officer. A successful candidate should be an experienced leader and financial executive with non-profit experience, forward-thinking and creative with high ethical standards. The Director of Finance/CFO will oversee all accounting functions for the agency including producing monthly consolidated financial statements, cash management, 990's and Medicaid cost reports. Additional responsibilities include managing agency computer network, initiating and overseeing capital improvement projects, and supervisory responsibilities for maintenance, purchasing and accounting personnel. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field required; a Masters Degree is preferred, experience with a Medicaid payment systems. An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
